Your Resume MUST Be Accurate

Had a couple lately that left their last job off the resume.

Why? Because they were only there for three months. You can't do that. You must disclose ALL jobs. Goes to character.

DUI? Disclose. Provided it's over five years old, mostly like won't be an issue. Had one guy tell me he had a DUI. When I asked how old it was, he said, "Two in the last 12 months."

Tax Lien? Disclose. Gaming/casino industry is very tight around tax liens, bankruptcies, and foreclosures. For all the obvious reasons.

Disclose, disclose, disclose.
